Account Manager role at Novogene – candidates must reside in Brazil, contracted position.
Position Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for the development and achievement of sales in the assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, establish, and implement an effective sales plan tailored to the assigned accounts to achieve the quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Focus on rapidly developing and growing business in the assigned accounts.
* Act as the key interface between the customers and all relevant Novogene divisions.
* Maintain current understanding and knowledge of the company's products and services.
* Communicate accurately and efficiently with a wide range of professionals within assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
* Life science background (biology or genetics); BS degree minimum, advanced degree encouraged.
* Background in NGS, genomics, and/or molecular biology; some sales experience.
* Prior sales and account management experience in biotech is a plus; deep knowledge/network within assigned accounts is a plus.
* Independent, self‑driven, and goal‑oriented.
* Experience with SFDC or other CRM software (preferably Salesforce.com) to document and track client information and sales opportunities.
* Fluency in English.
* Availability to travel within Brazil.
Remote: Remote position, but candidates must reside in Brazil.
