Overview of the role
Reporting into the Head of Performance Analytics, the BF Brazil Performance Manager is responsible for leading performance analytics across Sportsbook, Gaming and Exchange, ensuring performance is clearly understood, effectively communicated and consistently acted upon.
What you’ll do
Performance Reporting & Narrative
Own and oversee clear, consistent BAU performance reporting across Sportsbook, Gaming and Exchange (weekly, monthly and event-based).
Set the standard for a strong performance narrative, clearly articulating drivers of performance, risks, opportunities and next actions.
Provide senior, decision-ready insights that influence commercial, marketing and product strategy.
Own and evolve success measures including budget, phasing and cross-brand comparisons.
Generosity, Acquisition & ROI
Lead analysis of promotional and generosity performance, ensuring ROI and efficiency of spend are clearly understood.
Oversee acquisition and early lifecycle performance, identifying optimisation opportunities across channels and products.
Partner closely with CVM to drive understanding of customer value, segmentation and lifecycle journeys.
Guide decisions that shift investment towards higher-value customer segments, aligned to Group methodologies and best practice.
Regulatory Awareness & Change
Lead assessment of the performance impact of regulatory change in Brazil.
Ensure reporting and insights adapt quickly, clearly communicating short- and long-term implications to senior stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Line manage, coach and develop Performance Analysts, setting clear objectives and high analytical standards.
Build a strong team culture focused on quality, ownership and commercial impact.
Play a key role in hiring and scaling the onshore performance and analytics team in Brazil, including defining roles and skill requirements.
Ensure knowledge, tooling and ways of working are documented, scalable and transferable.
Collaboration & Future Foundations
Act as a trusted analytical partner to senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Product, CVM and Trading.
Contribute to building robust, scalable performance and analytics foundations that support BF Brazil’s long-term success.
Share best practice across teams and ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.

What you’ll bring
Fluent English required.
Fully SQL competent; experience with Looker or similar BI tools is an advantage.
3+ years’ commercial experience in a customer-focused analytical, statistical or quantitative role driving business decisions.
Proven experience managing and developing analysts or building analytical teams.
Strong analytical background with high numerical aptitude.
Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. mathematics, statistics, economics).
Knowledge of sports betting, gaming or exchanges is an advantage.
Excellent communicator, able to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight for senior audiences.
