Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to gather information, and developing test plans to ensure high-quality solutions. The individual should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business requirements and process improvements through collaboration with stakeholders.
* Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Develop and maintain test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
* Identify and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
* Support training and communication efforts related to new or updated ServiceNow functionality.
* Maintain clear and concise documentation for both business requirements and testing activities.
Required Experience & Skills:
* 2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM modules preferred).
* Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or other tools for test automation.
* Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and business analysis best practices.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
