**Summary**:
As a Field Solution Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing cross-functional strategies for Oncology Portfolio.
With a deep understanding of the portfolio (including disease areas, unmet needs, indications, competition, and clinical and economic value), you will design and implement innovative, ecosystem-focused solutions that accelerate access, enhance patient journey, and drive impact in close collaboration with Marketing and the Field Team.
This role demands strategic vision, hands-on execution, and strong stakeholder influence.

- Ecosystem Solutions: Develop and deploy solutions that simplify the patient journey, improve outcomes, and deliver measurable business impact and ROI.
- Go-to-Market Innovation: Identify and implement new go-to-market models to capture growth opportunities and unlock quick wins.
- Omnichannel Strategy: Maximize the impact of marketing activities through the right mix of digital and offline channels.
- Customer-Centric Diagnosis: Conduct deep diagnoses of strategic accounts in partnership with the UX and Field Teams, understanding customer needs, market dynamics, and areas for co-creation.
- Journey Optimization: Identify barriers in the patient journey and co-create initiatives with external stakeholders to address them, ensuring scientific integrity and clear value communication.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Access, MSLs, and Sales Teams to engage key stakeholders in top accounts and drive solution co-creation.
- Project Ownership: Lead projects from end-to-end, ensuring clarity, compliance, stakeholder alignment, and impactful execution.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong, sustainable relationships with external partners by delivering meaningful, system-aligned value solutions.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Relevant, successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in marketing, medical, or provider settings.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Innovation Mindset amd In-deph knowloge in Project Management Methodologies and collaborative Tools;
- Solid understanding of the Brazilian Private Healthcare System.
**Desirable Requirements**:
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge and previous experience in prostate cancer and/or nuclear medicine.
