Account Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team.
This role will be at the forefront of client relationships, ensuring seamless execution and success of marketing campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include effective communication with teams and clients, leading client meetings, and taking charge of client satisfaction.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute account plans that meet or exceed client expectations
* Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
* Conduct regular client reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and campaign performance
About the Ideal Candidate
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* At least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager in agencies
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
* Fluency in English, capable of leading client meetings and discussions with ease
