We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and presenting quality talents to clients in the Technology, Finance, and Corporate sectors.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Conducting thorough technical and functional evaluations of technology candidates.
* Participating in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities.
* Crafting job descriptions and posting them on various job sites and databases.
* Networking, researching databases, contacting, sourcing, collecting, screening applications, selecting, examining, evaluating, and interviewing candidates.
* Preparing a qualified short list of prospective candidates.
* Coordinating and notifying candidates on requirements for the prospective position, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 8 years of experience in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience.
* A minimum of 3 years of direct headhunting experience in permanent and contract technology placements.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment agencies with full-cycle recruiting capabilities.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
* 2+ years of sales support or marketing experience.
* 2+ years of social media engagement, especially on LinkedIn.
* IT knowledge.
* Familiarity with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Working experience with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems.
