The Agile Team Facilitator role focuses on creating an environment that fosters collaboration and continuous learning within cross-functional teams. This is achieved through effective facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, ensuring teams remain focused on delivering value in each sprint.
* Remove impediments swiftly to enable teams to maintain steady progress and high productivity.
* Coach teams in agile principles and practices, promoting ownership, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
* Act as a liaison between product teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring transparent communication and timely alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide teams in planning, estimation, prioritization, and adaptive delivery.
* Support Product Owners in refining and managing the backlog to ensure clarity and readiness.
