Position Summary The position of the Revisions Project Coordinator is responsible for managing client feedback and coordinating the revisions workflow of all language projects. This role focuses on analyzing post-delivery feedback, redelivering files according to the client expectations, and tracking revision data to support quality improvement initiatives. Position responsibilities Manage the entire revision workflow from feedback receipt to resolution in a fast-paced environment Analyze the client feedback or edits on projects we deliver to identify their nature – objective vs. stylistic Coordinate all the project phases with internal and external vendors and ensure timely delivery of revised content Track and document all revision cases to identify trends and support quality metrics and reporting Communicate professionally with sales staff to clarify client expectations and report on the revision outcomes Provide clear, constructive feedback to linguists while maintaining excellent relationships with them Work closely with Project Managers to understand original project context and requirements and provide them with constructive feedback and assistance Monitor and control projects status Manage project finances, including budgeting Prepare and maintain project documentation Comply with relevant and applicable procedures Essential skills and experience required Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset University Degree (preferably in linguistic/translation related studies) Detail orientation Ability to meet deadlines Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Independence in carrying out assigned tasks Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows) Experience in translation and localization project management would be a strong advantage In order to apply, please submit your CV in English Required Skills Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset University Degree (preferably in linguistic/translation related studies) Detail orientation Ability to meet deadlines Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Independence in carrying out assigned tasks Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows) Experience in translation and localization project management would be a strong advantage Resume in english is MANDATORY!
