B2B Key Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B professional with a background in the travel industry to fill this exciting role.
* This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving business growth.
* You will be in charge of existing clients within your assigned territory and develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster account growth.
* You will also acquire new key accounts and conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* In addition, you will identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Finally, you will prepare and present reports on account performance and market insights.
Main Responsibilities:
* Existing Clients: In charge of Existing Clients (API Wholesale Online - API Retail Offline - WebShopping Account) Within the assigned territory.
* Strategic Account Plans: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* New Business Acquisition: Acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory.
* Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Reporting: Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
Qualifications - Position Requirements:
* Strong Influencing and Negotiation Skills: Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Autonomous Working Environment: Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Travel Industry Knowledge: Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* B2B Commercial Knowledge: Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project Management Skills: Project management skills.
* Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
