The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring data integrity, automation efficiency, and user adoption.Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform includinguser setup, profiles, roles, and permissions Design and implementcustom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows Build and managereports and dashboardsfor business insights Automate business processes usingFlow, Process Builder (legacy), and approval processes Performdata managementincluding imports, deduplication, and data quality monitoring SupportSales, Service, and other cloud userswith issue resolution and enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices Manage releases, change sets, and deployments Provide user training and driveSalesforce adoptionRequired Skills & Qualifications 4–7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator Strong expertise in: Salesforce configuration (Objects, Fields, Layouts) Flow Builder (must-have) Reports & Dashboards Data Loader / Data Import Wizard Understanding ofSales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Knowledge ofsecurity model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules) Experience withdata quality and governance Familiarity withintegration concepts(REST/SOAP APIs – basic level) Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skillsPrimary Skills 1.Salesforce Platform hands-on experience 2.Salesforce admin expertise (Security Model, Data Model, End to End configuration, Flows etc) 3.
