Less then a year we have seen massive growth where we can't keep up with the demand and need engineers to bring the product faster to the market.What you'll be responsible forBuilding and maintaining production-grade services across our Laravel monolith and Google Cloud Functions layerShipping merchant-facing React surfaces that turn complex logistics workflows into something a brand operator actually wants to useOwning carrier, warehouse, and shop-system integrations end to end, from the first webhook to long-term reliabilityDriving performance, cost, and reliability improvements through experiments, profiling, and pragmatic refactoringEnabling the broader team with primitives, tooling, and shared infrastructure that make the next feature faster to buildYour hard skillset5+ years of professional engineering experience overallStrong experience in one backend language (PHP, Ruby, Python, Go, or Rust) with genuine willingness to go deep on PHP/Laravel OR strong experience in ReactComfortable across the stack: backend services, frontend, message queues, caches, search, infrastructure as codeExperience at product-focused startups using modern tooling and processesBonus: Shopify, multi-carrier shipping APIs, or e-commerce logistics experienceBigger bonus: you've taken a product from 0 to 1 and watched real users depend on itEven bigger bonus: you've integrated LLMs or agentic workflows into production, not just a demoYour soft skillsetComfortable being uncomfortable, making calls with incomplete data, and changing your mind when the data changesEmpathetic and curious.
