Living standards in Sweden are great by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. Supporting you in these tasks, you will have the assistance of a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden. In addition you will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to the relocation to Sweden for our consultants. In short we fix everything for our employees - visa, work permits, tickets, arrangement of housing, you name it - we fix it!Our clients are primarily within the fields of software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed together with your colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Telescope\'s core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about living and working there.Build trust with suitable candidates and manage relocation logistics with the support of the global recruitment team and Swedish management.Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries and client sectors (software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development).Required competencePlease ensure this is documented in your CV. At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.Upper intermediate English.Some knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods, and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self confident, sociable, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.Resilient, able to handle objections and persevere to achieve results.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.DetailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP.Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice. Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Paid holidays, with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days.
