Responsibilities
* Develop, promote, and market products to healthcare professionals, executing marketing strategies aligned with market needs.
* Analyze key performance indicators based on monthly and weekly reports to create and implement tactical plans to meet sales goals, maintaining and growing current sales. Propose additional actions as needed based on market changes.
* Plan visit schedules with weekly or monthly appointments focusing on key physicians identified by potential, ensuring effective coverage.
* Update medical registries, ensuring high-potential healthcare professionals are engaged.
* Maintain high-level technical-scientific knowledge of products, indications, market, and business.
* Stay updated on new competitors, scientific studies, articles, and therapeutic practices, identifying trends and adapting them to business needs.
* Plan and execute promotional events to increase scientific knowledge among physicians regarding key product data.
* Establish good relationships with internal and external clients (Key Opinion Leaders) to ensure work excellence and be seen as an institutional reference in the region.
Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) and postgraduate studies (desirable).
Experience and Skills

* Effective execution of field activities demonstrating proactivity, empathy, and relationship skills with clients.
* Market vision and ability to propose new solutions.

* No prior experience as a Sales Representative in the Pharmaceutical Industry (Propagandist).
* Availability for 30% road travel.

* Residency in Belo Horizonte is mandatory.
