Key Driver for Customer Experience
This critical position is responsible for driving the implementation of customer loyalty and marketing automation platforms in Latin America markets.
* Owning and prioritizing the product backlog for customer loyalty and marketing automation initiatives.
* Developing clear product visions, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintaining documentation in a centralized knowledge base.
* Collaborating with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet customer needs.
* Ensuring seamless integration with the Single Customer View (SCV) and adhering to data governance best practices.
* Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring timely delivery of business value.
Requirements
* 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in marketing technology or CRM.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodology and sprint management principles.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – customer data platforms, loyalty/promotion engines, and automation software.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is an asset.
