Design Excellence Leader
We are seeking a senior product designer to lead our end-to-end design processes and create user-centered solutions.
* Lead cross-functional design efforts, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver intuitive, scalable product experiences;
* Design interfaces for complex products focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions;
* Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Design or related field;
