Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide weekly status reports for assigned activities
* Promote idea generation and collaboration sessions with internal teams
* Follow processes and protocols for data enrichment technologies
* Communicate data requirements to internal counterparts and customers
* Share process changes with cross-functional teams
* Escalate data inconsistencies promptly to avoid urgent issues
* Track and log issues for retrospectives and suggest process improvements
* Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple assignments
* Enforce workflows and business rules to improve data quality and delivery time
* Enforce SLAs for Finance Data Administration tasks
* Troubleshoot data-related incidents
* Research and document rules for secure protocols and data integrity

Education and Experience
* 1+ years of experience in the prepaid product industry, preferably with exposure to finance, accounting, or data management
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions
* Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals and resolve problems
* Solid technical background with the ability to learn new platforms and apply knowledge to operational practices
* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative
* Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication skills, including confidence in presenting to executive leadership
* Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
* Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields preferred
* CPM or PMP certification is a plus, but not required
