Key Corporate Development Role
This position provides strategic services to various entities. The ideal candidate will foster strong business relationships that lead to identifying and securing current and future M&A opportunities.
The process of establishing, maintaining and eventually concluding relationships, as well as effecting acquisitions, spans multiple years. Measurable outcomes, continuous value-add through numerous M&A conversations/relationships, and high-quality market research contribute to successful acquisitions over time.
* Develop and manage an M&A pipeline using a CRM system.
* Meet and surpass monthly M&A targets, including meaningful interactions and other quantifiable M&A sourcing metrics.
* Work both independently and collaboratively with M&A leadership to efficiently qualify M&A opportunities.
* Ensure the lead database is accurately allocated within portfolio verticals.
* Effectively qualify opportunities at the top-end of the acquisition funnel to maintain focus for business unit Portfolio Managers.
