As part of the opening and development of our activity, we are seeking a Senior Service & Support Technician who will be responsible for the complete management of technical support for medical equipment in their territory. This role offers high autonomy and key role in the local establishment of the activity.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Support and Maintenance
* Ensure installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical devices.
* Diagnose issues and carry out necessary repairs on the equipment.
* Ensure the performance and compliance of devices according to quality and regulatory standars.
Client Relation and Support
* Provide technical support to users (clinics, practices, hospitals).
* Train users on the use and maintenance of the equipment.
* Respond to technical inquiries and ensure quick and professional follow-up
Client Relations and Support

Activity Development
* Contribute to the setup and organization of the technical service in the opening of the office.
* Ensure autonomous management of technical activities in the territory.

EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS
* Technical education (electronics, biomedical, mechanical, or equivalent).
* Experience (5-10 years experiences) in technical equipment maintenance in medical devices.
* Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
* Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit.
* Ability to handle multiple interventions and priorities.
* Good command of IT tools and technical reports.
* Native Portuguese
* Fluent English
