We are looking for Infrastructure Support Technician, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will
* Provide technical assistance to clients and customers.
* Act as the first line of defense, responsible for handling fundamental technical issues, answering queries, and managing service requests..
* Support teams following agile methodologies and operating procedures.
Mandatory Skills
* Respond to and resolve technical issues via phone, email, chat;
log and track incidentsand service requests.
* Provide remote and on-site technical assistance for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software issues.
* Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software problems. Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.
* Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues.
* Maintain and update documentation related to installations, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
* Follow ITIL service management best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
* Ticketing & Documentation: Accurately log all support activities in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.) and create detailed knowledge base articles.
* Spanish is mandatory.
* Completed or ongoing Bachelor's Degree in Data, IT or a closely related field.
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows/macOS.
* Knowledge of network hardware and software.
* Ability to adapt to new technologies and changes in the network environment.
* English proficiency.
* Assertive communication, clarity, precision, and politeness.
