International Sales Analyst (Latam Region)
Location: Remote (São Paulo/Brazil-based)
Department: Sales/Exports
Reports To: Latam Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Analyst will be responsible for managing leads, coordinating product samples, tracking lab test results with customers, and ensuring all sales progress is accurately recorded in the CRM.
This role requires strong organizational skills, customer-facing communication, and familiarity with CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Qualify and nurture leads from the Latam region.
Follow up on potential opportunities via email, calls, and meetings.
Assign leads to sales distributors when necessary.
Sample Coordination:
Manage sample requests, logistics, and delivery tracking.
Ensure samples meet customer specifications.
Follow up on feedback and next steps.
Lab Test Results Tracking:
Coordinate with labs and customers to gather test results.
Maintain records of test outcomes and customer responses.
Communicate results to the sales team for follow-up.
CRM & Data Management:
Accurately log all customer interactions, leads, and deals in the CRM
Generate reports on lead conversion and meetings with customers
Cross-functional Coordination:
Work with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
? Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree in Administration/ Foreign Trade
2+ years in sales support, customer service, or analyst roles (preferably in B2B Chemicals Industries)
Fluent in Spanish & English
Experience with CRM systems
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
? Nice-to-Have:
Knowledge of Latam markets
Expirience in Construction Segment
Knowledge of Export processes
