Overview of the role
The HR-ADM Analyst position focuses on joining the Human Resources Admin team to be responsible for all sorts of administrative procedures related to Human Resources while maintaining good communication and quality of service towards new and current employees. This role involves validating monthly news, documenting and suggesting process improvements, interacting with external entities and suppliers, and assisting in payroll processes, contracts, offers, and onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Validating all the news of the month (licenses, vacations, salary increases, etc.).
- Documenting, analyzing, and suggesting improvements to all area processes.
- Interacting with external entities and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Preparing reports required by management or other control areas.
- Assisting different audiences in labor matters and providing guidance.
- Assisting the Administration with payroll processes, contracts, offers, and onboarding.
- Providing onsite inductions of new entrants, when applicable.
- Collaborating in the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees.
Requirements
- HR-ADM Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with HR-ADM tasks including Payroll, Contracts, Employee Forms, Onboarding, Offers, or Communications.
- Educational Background: Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Industry Experience: Previous work experience with service/IT companies is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
