We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Recruiter to join our team at Revilo.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, proven experience in high-volume Technical recruiting, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and modern recruiting tech stack.
* Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates for Technical roles (mostly Full Stack Python Developers)
* Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, with high volumes of roles and opportunities
* Use best-in-class tools to drive sourcing, outreach, and candidate engagement

Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and attract top talent in the market for technical positions.
* Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Technical recruiting, preferably in a similar industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
