Obsessed with helping companies grow and exceed their goals with scalable solutions, NP Accel delivers on the mission of continually helping brands connect and engage with their audience.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYWe're hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to own executional excellence across all acquisition funnels, campaigns, and flagship events (summits/webinars). This person runs the master marketing calendar, coordinates cross-functional sprints, is the final QA gate for launches, supports reporting/analytics, and acts as the strategic backup when Saulo (and other senior leads) are unavailable. Ideal for a detail-obsessed operator who loves both tactical delivery and strategic problem-solving.Please note that this is a contractor position (30~ hours per week) and fully remote. Opportunity for full-time placement based on performance and business needs.To qualify, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Brazil.ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIESMaster Calendar & Delivery OwnershipOwn the master marketing calendar across campaigns, funnels, summits, launches and content programs.Coordinate sprints, deadlines, resource allocation, and task distribution so nothing slips.Run daily/weekly standups and cadence meetings to keep teams aligned and accountable.End-to-End Campaign LogisticsManage Logistics For all marketing deliverables (landing pages, email journeys, ads, creative, events, presentations, post-launch assets).Coordinate external vendors, design, copy, dev, paid media and events teams.Quality Assurance (QA)Perform meticulous QA on email sequences, summit/event pages, registration flows, tracking pixels, adcreative, and presentation decks prior to launch.With the help of the technical team, validate links, forms, personalization tokens, SPF/DKIM for email, conversion pixels, and cross-device rendering.Tactical Escalation & Strategic BackupAct as the go-to resolver for last-minute approvals, creative updates, and emergency changes when senior stakeholders are unavailable.Make informed, rapid decisions and escalate only when necessary.Reputation ManagementWith the help of Social Media team and Account managers, monitor and respond to reviews on platforms like Clutch and Trustpilot, addressing any type of feedback and promoting positive brand perception.Create quarterly email campaigns to request positive reviews from clients and strengthen our online reputation.Webinars & Online eventsPrepare by strategizing schedule (dates/time), topics, outline, and securing speakersSupport promotion efforts across channels (Email, social, paid, etc)Run the live event and manage logisticsReport on performance and key takeaways after each webinar(2 or 3 times a month)Reporting, Measurement & OptimizationTogether with the technical and operations team, assist with campaign reporting, KPI tracking, and weekly performance summaries; support creation of dashboards for paid, organic, and event channels.Work with analytics/BI to validate tracking (GA4, server-side, CRM) and ensure accurate lead attribution.Drive post-mortems and actionable optimizations after each launch and event.Process, Documentation & OpsMaintain and improve SOPs, launch checklists, runbooks, and playbooks.Keep a central content/asset hub organized (by campaign, audience, funnel stage).Manage project tracking tools (Notion, ClickUp— whichever the team uses) and train teams the process.Ability to help with copywriting support when necessaryDraft, edit, and review marketing copy for campaigns, emails, and web content as neededCollaborate with teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and objectivesStakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary operations contact between marketing, sales, product, finance, and external partners for campaign execution.Prepare and present succinct status updates to senior leadership.Staying updated on industry trendsABOUT YOU5+ years in marketing operations, campaign/project management, or marketing program management at an agency or in-house growth/marketing team.Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end campaign launches (email journeys, landing pages, paid funnels, events).Strong QA mindset with proven attention to detail — comfortable being the final reviewer before launches.Good analytical chops: comfortable reading performance dashboards, understanding attribution, and producing concise reports.Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable making fast, judgment-based decisions in high-urgency moments.Experience with project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Asana), marketing automation/ESP (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, etc.), and basic analytics tools (GA4, Looker/Tableau/Sheets).Familiarity with ABM and event operations is a plus.ABOUT THE SUCCESS METRICS% of launches completed on time (vs planned).Number of launch incidents (errors found post-launch) — target: near zero.Campaign accountability: on-time asset delivery across teams.Accuracy of tracking / reporting (validated conversions / leads).Time to resolve critical last-minute issues (internal SLA).ABOUT YOUR GROWTHAs an organization we support your growth and development by investing in your learning to advance your career.
