Contingent Workforce Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the entire life cycle of contingent workforce requests, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance and support to client hiring managers and suppliers throughout the requisition process.
* Lead large-scale hiring initiatives, data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts, driving program success and efficiency.
* Conduct thorough intake calls, evaluate candidate resumes, and manage the requisition flow from posting through fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery.
* Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal program teams to guarantee optimal program outcomes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a business-related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MSP operations or contingent workforce management, with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Beeline.
* Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is essential, with strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts.
