The Company
This opportunity is with a well‑established sweepstakes casino operating in multiple U.S. states. Their brands are continuously growing, and they are therefore seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with strong expertise in Discord to help expand their community engagement.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage social channels across multiple platforms, with Discord as a primary focus.
You will own the day-to-day social and community operations for two of our client's sweepstakes brands. Both brands operate in the sweepstakes / social casino space.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the marketing team as well as the company's founders.
Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities
Own and manage Discord communities for two brands, including daily engagement and community interaction, moderation and enforcement of community guidelines, and planning and running events, promotions, and announcements
Drive growth and retention within Discord
Manage social media channels across platforms such as X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram
Create, schedule, and publish social content aligned with brand voice and campaigns
Engage with users across social platforms and respond to comments and messages
Coordinate closely with marketing and leadership on launches, promotions, and community initiatives
Monitor community sentiment and provide feedback to the team
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience managing and growing a Discord community
Experience in social casino, sweepstakes, iGaming/gambling, gaming, or similar industry is preferred
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and owning projects end‑to‑end
Strong communication and community management skills
Strong English proficiency, both verbal and written
