Parts Specialist will be in-charge of the following:
* Monthly review of Parts replenishments and dealer demand forecast for order engagement to Sojitz Headquarters/MTFBC.
* Monitors achievement of Parts Purchases/Net Revenue from RC SEA.
* Process orders through sea or air freight.
* Set up Accounts Payable.
* Analysis and review of Month of Stock.
* Monthly Reports on Air Order Ratio.
* Regular review of Parts Moving Average Demand to ensure that there is no short fall/ Air Hits.
* Study Part Numbers with shortfall, air hits and spike orders including lead time from source to have an optimum level of stocks.
* Monitors Stock Alerts to avoid Insufficient Stocks.
* Monitors Back Orders and Create ETD ticket for escalation
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Engineering or Business.
* Has at least 2 years’ experience in automotive industry gained thru dealership/manufacturing/distributorship. Or with background in Supply Chain Management.
* Has an in-depth understanding of planning and forecasting.
* Has experience in analysis of stocks positioning, price factors
* Has a background in Finance, Importation and Logistics.
Required Skills
* Highly analytical and proficient in spreadsheets/excel; graphical presentation and other frameworks
* Costumer Service Skills and can foster good business relationship
* Strong business acumen and could conduct presentations
* Exemplary communication and negotiation skills
