**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for wing-to-wing execution of technical projects to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and/or external customers. This includes gathering and documenting requirements, building functional and technical specifications and overseeing build/test/deploy milestones to drive project delivery.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends, and looked as an internal expert on the Tax product as well as the associated Enterprise Resource Planning integrations that drive indirect taxes.
- Drive engagement with the finance teams to understand emerging business needs with tax implications.
- Key focus areas including finance, Tax, customs and controllership.
- Drive excellence in execution through continuous improvement and change management. Implement software delivery performance measurement indicators.
- Performance Measurement: On Time Delivery, Committed budget (effort) deviation, Software Delivery Processes Compliance, Customer Satisfaction
- Share responsibility with the Project Manager (PM), through close coordination, for scope management (change requests assessment), risk management and problem management.
- Optimising the deployment process, implementing Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment and Test automation process with the DevOps teams.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Developing productivity initiatives/projects to reduce cost, improve efficiency, eliminate manual work and increase speed of service
- Ensure a smooth transfer to maintenance of ending projects through coordinated knowledge transfer.
- Comply and contribute to elaboration of relevant Quality Procedures, work instructions and Processes in Quality Management System
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in service, technology or operations, preferably in Healthcare Business
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience on statistical and/or data management tools
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
- Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical, problem solving and root-cause analysis skills
- Green Belt / Black Belt certified or familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools
