Key Creative Director Position
We’re a high-growth digital beauty brand generating $1M+ in monthly revenue through high-volume, high-converting video advertising.
Responsibilities:
* Transform raw creator footage, user-generated content (UGC) clips, and b-roll into persuasive short-form ads (15-90 seconds) and video sales letters (VSLs)
* Craft hooks that engage viewers within the first 3 seconds, deploy engagement disruptors, optimize pacing for platform algorithms, and test visual approaches based on performance data
* Deliver post-production excellence with color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and seamless transitions using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
Requirements:
* Strong level of fluent English fluency.
* At least 2 years of editing experience for direct-to-consumer (DTC)/e-commerce brands, preferably in beauty, health, or supplements
* A portfolio demonstrating successful direct response ads that drove conversions
