Unlocking business success relies heavily on talent development. As a Senior Talent Development Partner, you will collaborate with leaders to design and create engaging learning experiences that yield measurable outcomes.
You will work closely with the team to develop multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate. Your goal is to craft straightforward yet impactful solutions that meet the needs of internal customers.
Responsibilities include working with leaders to translate team development needs into compelling learning experiences, designing and developing learning content, serving as the operational owner for the LMS system, and continuously refining materials for relevance and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience driving the development of L&D initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment. They will also possess exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach to building relationships and delivering outstanding service.
