Growth Marketer – Global Running Company (Part‑Time, potential Head of Marketing)
Go! Running Tours is looking for a Growth Marketer to lead B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, drive email and digital advertising, and help scale growth across our expanding markets.
Responsibilities
Lead all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients.
Plan, execute and optimise email marketing flows and newsletters.
Manage paid media campaigns on Meta, Google and emerging platforms.
Develop case studies, sponsorship proposals and new market entry strategies.
Collaborate closely with the founder and global team, attending 2–3 hour weekly syncs.
Qualifications
Analytical, structured mindset combined with creative copy‑writing ability.
Experience with email automation, data analysis and paid media management.
Fast mover, meticulous, collaborative and driven by execution.
Passion for running and cross‑cultural engagement desirable.
Contract & Logistics
USD 1,400 per month.
25 hours per week, part‑time.
Remote; managed through Upwork.
Internal meetings 2–3 hours per week; remaining time dedicated to deep work.
Not a full‑time role; avoids 60+ hour weeks.
