You’ll be joining at a critical stage, helping to deliver key product milestones and scale secure, high-availability systems in a regulated environment.If you enjoy ownership, autonomy, and building systems that genuinely matter - this role is for you.What You’ll Be Doing- Building and scaling backend services using Node.Js- Deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes- Working with MongoDB in production environments- Contributing to cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS)- Identifying technical risks and proactively solving them- Collaborating closely with product and engineering stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking For- 5–8+ years of backend development experience- Strong commercial experience with Node.Js (essential)- Experience with Kubernetes and containerised environments- Solid knowledge of MongoDB- Experience with Azure or AWS (nice to have)- Comfortable working in regulated or high-availability environmentsMore importantly, we’re looking for someone who:- Takes ownership- Communicates clearly- Thinks ahead and manages risk- Works independently- Thrives in fast-paced teamsExperience in Financial Services, Open Finance, or Banking is a plus.
