Business Technical Service Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing positive relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate client business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
* Maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
* Assist with document maintenance and record-keeping for client system environments.
* Participate in release management and ensure code releases do not negatively impact client operations.
* Take part in executing simple project/development work plans.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
