We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative to drive business growth by setting qualified meetings with decision-makers at fast-moving companies.
 * Create high-quality opportunities for our Managing Director through proactive outbound outreach across multiple channels.
 * Research and segment leads using advanced sales tools.
 * Execute 100+ cold calls/day, plus daily targeted emails and personalized messaging.
 * Book qualified meetings with key decision-makers.
 * Track activity and pipeline performance.
 * Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to ensure meeting quality and alignment.
Requirements:
 * 2–5+ years of SDR experience in B2B consulting or staffing/recruiting.
 * Proven success generating meetings with mid-market clients.
 * Mastery of sales engagement tools and platforms.
 * Strong understanding of professional services, especially technology and product.
 * Confident and motivated by breaking into new accounts.
 * High daily activity targets and KPI-driven accountability.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
