Project Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for resolving daily Back-Office end-user issues, liaising with internal teams to resolve issues and necessary enhancements, and managing day-to-day assigned tasks.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. They will also possess good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, and EQD, as well as a strong understanding of P&L concepts.
Responsibilities:
* Resolve daily Back-Office end-user issues on both functional and technical levels.
* Liaise with respective internal team(s) to resolve issues and necessary enhancements.
* Develop requirements per given stream and according with resolution needs as they come along.
* Manage day-to-day assigned tasks to complete various application support deliverables.
* Contribute to support group efforts in resolving requests or issues.
Required Skills:
* 3+ years' hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities.
* Strong personality, logical and analytical skills.
* Detailed-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organization skills.
* Good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD.
* Good understanding of P&L concept overall and its components.
