Lead Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist
Our organization is seeking a skilled and accomplished Lead Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will drive growth by sourcing, screening and closing top-tier tech talent across the Americas.
Responsibilities:
* Understand the US tech market, build relationships with candidates and clients, and meet aggressive hiring targets.
* Sourcing at least one qualified candidate per open position.
Requirements:
Talent Acquisition
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Source, screen and assess technical candidates across various technology domains.
* Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media and professional networks.
* Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close deals efficiently.
* Proven track record of recruiting technical talent, particularly in the US market.
* Strong understanding of the US tech industry.
Team Leadership
* Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 technical recruiters.
* Foster a positive team culture.
* Provide guidance and support to team members.
Process Improvement
* Implement innovative recruitment tools and technologies.
* Analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
* Drive process optimization and efficiency gains.
Stakeholder Management
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
* Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
* Collaborate with the CTO to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.
Reporting and Analytics
* Prepare daily reports on recruitment activities and performance metrics.
* Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts.
