The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Enablement Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills. As part of the Marketing and Sales team, you will help manage marketing lists, support campaign administration and broader marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Coordinator you will bring strong administrative skills, manage a variety of tasks and support specific marketing projects and campaigns. This role offers a dynamic environment where your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously will drive impactful results.
Responsibilities
Campaign Administration
Tracking & updating event registration forms (including managing event RSVPs)
Data input and entry in various internal Marketing platforms; data quality assurance (correct spelling, CASL consent, etc.)
Data consolidation including cross‑referencing audience lists to avoid duplications, pulling out key accounts, etc.
Internal Processes
Filling independence requests
Completing sponsorship requests
Updating internal DailyHub pages
Submitting translation requests
External Marketing Activities
Prepare and draft Salesforce Marketing Cloud emails
Prepare name tags for events and alphabetise, check company names, cross‑reference lists, etc.
Manage minor webpage updates
Help support new Partner bios and templates
Ensure correct information management; knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection; correct Information Security Management
What You Must Have
High School Diploma
1 year of administrative, project management and/or data management experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Understand the importance of correct information management
Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
Correct Information Security Management
What Sets You Apart
Demonstrated junior experience in administrative, project management and/or data management
Working experience or knowledge with CRM systems and/or complex digital platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, corporate environment
Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and balance multiple responsibilities
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working with diverse people and perspectives
Marketing experience preferred
Skilled in data cleansing and management
Supporting broader marketing initiatives
Managing campaign administration and processes
Excelling in internal and external marketing activities
Detail-oriented
