About the Role
* The Partner Sales Manager will be a key contributor to our growing Dell alliances organization.
This role entails building strategic relationships with Dell teams, enabling them through training and support, generating and transacting opportunities, and driving business interactions from across personas.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Building trusted relationships with Dell teams and customers
2. Growing Dell's awareness of open-source capabilities on Ubuntu
3. Demonstrating expertise in Linux and cloud software ecosystems
4. Delivering on targets and objectives
5. Traveling regularly to drive partnerships in person
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles
* Able to capture customer requirements, evaluate gaps, and create opportunities
* Passionate about Ubuntu products and mission
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Credibility and working knowledge of Dell - its products, go-to-market motion, and field
