Responsibilities and assignments
* Install and perform maintenance on equipment on towers and poles;
* Configure network equipment, ensuring proper functioning;
* Analyze failures, perform tests and apply critical thinking to identify causes and implement solutions;
* Critically evaluate existing systems, proposing technical and operational improvements;
* Take the lead in solving problems;
* Lead projects and initiatives, guiding and supporting less experienced members;
* Maintain a high level of trust with leadership through consistent delivery and team support in complex challenges.
Requirements and qualifications
* Experience in installing telecommunications equipment and photovoltaic systems with batteries;
* Experience in maintenance of equipment installed on towers and poles;
* Ability to configure equipment, analyze failures and perform checklists of installed systems;
* Availability to work at height (NR-35);
* Availability to travel;
* Driving license category B;
* Knowledge of TCP/IP networks;
* Basic skills in the Office package;
* Courses: NR-10 and NR-35.
