Responsibilities and Duties
Currently, we have a vacancy for a Technical Support (N1) role based in Blumenau/SC. The responsibilities include:
* Providing specialized support in operating systems and client systems;
* Offering user support and assistance;
* Providing remote support and guidance;
* Attending to and recording all customer requests in detail;
* Managing support tickets with adherence to SLAs;
* Creating and updating technical procedures and knowledge bases;
* Recording support activities in the system;
* Analyzing support tickets, updating clients on status, and creating tasks for other departments;
* Monitoring and following up on tickets, including billing where applicable.

Requirements
* Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree - Completed (preferred)
Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in customer service
* Experience in remote technical support activities
Necessary Knowledge
* Experience with client support
* Technical support skills in remote environments
Desirable Knowledge
* Knowledge of SQL Server databases
* Training courses in IT user support
