Responsibilities:

* Product Representation : Effectively communicate our comprehensive portfolio of products and services to clients, highlighting upcoming releases and opportunities.
* Campaign Planning : Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement targeted promotional campaigns that drive client engagement.
* Performance Analysis : Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
* Tailored Solutions : Leverage industry expertise to identify emerging client needs and deliver customized solutions aligned with business objectives.
* Customer Support : Provide exceptional support to resolve customer issues efficiently, applying root-cause analysis to inform process improvements.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in account management within the online B2B iGaming sector.
* A proven track record of successfully building and growing client relationships in a commercial environment.
* Strategic Thinking, analytical skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
* Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
* Language Proficiency : Fluent English; Portuguese proficiency is highly valued.
* Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI experience is a significant asset.
