Job Title: L3 Support Engineer (Linux / Kubernetes / OpenShift / OpenStack)

Job Summary:
Looking for an L3 Support Engineer with strong expertise in Linux and hands-on experience in Kubernetes, OpenShift, and OpenStack. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, system stability, and supporting critical infrastructure in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide L3 production support for Linux-based systems and cloud/container platforms.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Kubernetes, OpenShift, and OpenStack environments.
* Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents.
* Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Collaborate with L1/L2 support, DevOps, and engineering teams for issue resolution and improvements.
* Support incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
* Work on patching, upgrades, and system maintenance activities.
* Automate repetitive tasks using shell scripting or other tools.
* Maintain documentation for issues, solutions, and system configurations.
Required Skills:
* Strong hands-on experience with Linux (mandatory).
* Experience with Kubernetes (deployment, troubleshooting, cluster management).
* Working knowledge of OpenShift and OpenStack platforms.
* Experience in production support (L3 level) with incident handling.
* Good understanding of networking, storage, and system performance tuning.
* Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis.
* Scripting experience (Bash/Shell/Python is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
* Certifications in Linux, Kubernetes, or OpenStack are a plus.
