At Sana Commerce, we are looking for Intern IT for our Sri Lankan team. The intern IT working on support end-users, resolving technical issues related to hardware, software and network, Manage the IT helpdesk within the given SLA standards and Support end-users, resolving technical issues related to hardware, software and network. You will be working closely with the Sri Lanka team. - Following BSc in Computer Science or other similar kind of discipline. - Passionate about end-user technical support. - Experience with Windows and other operation systems. - Excellent understanding on basic IT technologies. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, is a must. - Positive and can-do attitude. - This role is fully work from office. - Willing to work extended hours and flexible on working hours.
