About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key contact point for all local stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating training session delivery.
As part of this role, you will work closely and in partnership with the customer's learning delivery team to ensure seamless training execution.
Key responsibilities include analyzing training needs, initiating and managing requests for session creation and modification, organizing training sessions, and ensuring adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools.
Our ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management, with exposure to an international work environment. They will also possess a high-level understanding of the training landscape and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and English.
