Key tasks include tracking shipments, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Our team is looking for someone with strong organizational skills, proficiency in English, and experience in logistics, courier operations, call center, customer support, or account management.
Working based on the Eastern US time zone (EST) is a requirement.
