Job Title: Brand Strategist
Role Overview:
As a seasoned Brand Strategist, you will spearhead the development and implementation of our visual identity and brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning the n8n brand - including brand guidelines, creative direction, and quality across all channels and formats (static, motion, video, OOH)
* Ensuring consistency and clarity across every brand expression: campaigns, social, website, employer brand, and events
* Acting as the creative partner for strategic brand moments - conferences, launches, influencer collaborations, and community initiatives
* Managing and scaling our creative partner network, onboarding and leading freelancers and agencies for specialized formats (e.g. decks, YouTube intros, motion, social)
* Building and evolving brand processes - setting internal expectations, aligning timelines, and creating systems to support high-velocity, high-quality work
Requirements:
* 8+ years in creative, brand, or visual design roles (ideally B2B SaaS or devtools)
* 4+ years in a lead position owning things end to end
* A portfolio showing excellent brand craft across web, campaigns, and systems
* Proven ability to drive both brand strategy and hands-on execution
* Experience managing creative vendors (freelancers, agencies)
* High attention to detail, clarity of thought, and visual storytelling
* Fluent in async, remote-first collaboration
