Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We're seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent in the IT industry.
With over 200 open positions for software engineers, we need someone who can coordinate relocation logistics and support our global team of recruiters and Swedish delivery management team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage local engineering talent within IT
* Build trust with candidates and coordinate relocation logistics
* Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries
* Support engineers and their families during their transition to Sweden
Requirements:
* Solid network of local engineering talent within IT
* Service-oriented mindset and high-quality brand awareness
* Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing
* Upper intermediate English language skills
* Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new ones
* Analytical and organized approach with attention to detail
* Self-motivated and confident with a high level of self-discipline
* Durable and persistent with a strong work ethic
* Passionate about success and achievement
* Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance
