Latam - Business Development Executive Digital Transformation, IT Solutions & Services - Brazil
Company: Omni Business Solutions Inc.
Employment Type: Full‑time
Location: Fully remote, with global, regional and satellite offices available at your discretion.
Commission: Yes (Solutions, Services, Product, Renewal, Professional Services)
Travel: May be required based on business demand or client request.
Position Profile
You will be responsible for building your sales pipeline and introducing and selling our product line to customers and prospects. In this role, you will cultivate new business to help generate new opportunities which include defining/qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections, and formulating potential solutions based on client requirements.
The candidate will have experience with Directors and C‑level contacts, and the ability to develop, grow, and execute the sales cycle in medium and enterprise organizations. You must implement a sales approach that is adaptable to the client prerequisites and support business opportunities at hand. You must have the ability to work independently to drive and overachieve all sales goals and objectives. A business plan is expected and should be frequently updated as a means of tracking growth, performance and overall territory strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities

Prospecting new business and upgrading existing clients.
Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Conduct customer requirements analysis.
Identify pain points for prospects and accounts.
Communicate with technology partners.
Obtain and exceed assigned quota.
Prepare and update business plan.
Utilize sales reporting and manage your territory.
Follow fulfillment processes and ensure timely, accurate orders.
Provide product/services demonstrations and presentations (online/on‑premise).
Oversee proper hand‑off of client from sales to services.
Maintain industry/competitive knowledge.
Respond to opportunities and Request for Proposals/Information (RFQ/PI).
Attend and complete required training.

Required Qualifications

Valid passport.
Native and fluent English.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Minimum 5 years experience in Technology Solutions Sales covering at least eight solution categories.
Minimum 5 years managing an open territory to drive new sales.
Experience building senior leadership and C‑Level relationships.
Understanding of sales skills and techniques, complex solution selling.
Ability to achieve high sales volumes.
Minimum 4 recent sales/technical certifications (Business Development / Pre‑Sales).
Self‑motivated, professional presence, excellent written and verbal communication.
