Senior Project Manager Position
Job Summary:
* We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our teams of Technical Architects, Developers, and Business Analysts.
* The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps, managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics such as burndown charts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead project planning, execution, and delivery.
2. Mentor junior team members in project management best practices.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
* No less than 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile Scrum environment, focusing on application software development.
Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP certification and CSM.
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is highly desirable.
