We are seeking a skilled Community Builder and Social Media Manager to join our team.
This exciting role will focus on managing our social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, engaging with the tech and startup community, and leveraging social selling to drive business growth.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a strategic plan for our client base, actively participating in the global tech and startup community to represent our brand and establish strong networks, and ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
You will also be responsible for acquiring new employers searching for tech talent and generating own leads.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or similar environments, as well as a strong network in the HR/Recruiting Industry.
A proactive, solution-oriented mentality and excellent analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
You should be able to identify business opportunities and market gaps, have a flare for sales and negotiation, and an understanding of Recruitment.
A LinkedIn account and strong communication skills are also necessary, as is the ability to work efficiently and pay attention to detail.
In addition, you should be accountable for all successes and failures, willing to take risks, and think on your feet.
A positive outlook and hardworking personality are also required, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
