Responsibilities:Collect and organize user payment needs and pain points in LATAM (especially Brazil and Argentina), and support execution of localized growth strategies and GTM plans for card business. Work closely with product teams to translate customer needs into actionable feature improvements, enhancing user experience and transaction success rates. Drive growth in card transactions and contribute to achieving key regional KPIs (GMV, active cards, transaction frequency). Track payment regulations, crypto policies, and industry trends across LATAM, providing insights for compliance and strategy. Lead partner/agent expansion for card business, ensuring smooth execution from signing to launch, improving retention, and supporting AMA and user growth activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields. 1–3 years of BD/partnership experience, with at least 2 years in payments, card business, or fintech. Experience in card products (virtual/physical) or payment rails; familiarity with Visa/Mastercard ecosystem. Strong negotiation skills, able to manage the full BD cycle independently. Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish, plus working-level English. Nice to have: Experience in crypto, stablecoins, or blockchain. Familiarity with LATAM markets (especially Brazil and Argentina). Experience or network with local issuers (e.g., Yellow Card, Lemon Cash, Kolo Card). Ability to cover both Portuguese and Spanish markets.
